Data Processing in Navigation

In compliance with the obligation stipulated in Art. 22.2 of the Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, you are informed that the company uses cookies. A cookie is a piece of text information that websites transfer to the hard drive of the devices that connect to them. We use session cookies to identify the user and maintain their identification status. Session cookies are automatically deleted from the hard drive when the session ends. We also use cookies to collect anonymous and aggregate statistics that allow us to analyze how users use our website, in order to improve it. Only the following information about visitors to our website is obtained and retained:

a) The domain name of the provider (ISP) and/or the IP address that gives them access to the network. For example, a user from provider xxx will only be identified with the domain xxx.es and/or the IP address. This allows us to compile statistics on the countries and servers that visit our website most often.

b) The date and time of access to our website. This allows us to identify peak hours and make the necessary adjustments to prevent saturation problems during peak times.

c) The internet address from which the link leading to our website originated. This data allows us to know the effectiveness of the various banners and links pointing to our server, in order to enhance those that offer the best results.

d) The daily number of visitors to each section. This allows us to know the areas of greatest success and increase and improve their content, so that users obtain a more satisfactory result.

We will obtain the following information:

a) The date and time of the last time the user visited our website.
b) The content design the user chose during their visit to our website.
c) Security elements involved in controlling access to restricted areas.

Although the information obtained is, in principle, completely anonymous, in reference to Report 327/2003 of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, users are informed that the aforementioned data will be incorporated into a personal data file of the company for the purposes detailed above, allowing the user to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition as indicated below.

We also use the Google Adwords remarketing tool. This tool allows us to publish ads based on users’ previous visits to our Web in the Google Adwords content network (more details about the Google content network here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2404190). To do this, some pages on our website include a code called “remarketing tag.” These tags allow cookies in your browser to be read and set to determine the specific type of ad that will be shown to the user based on elements related to their visit to our website, such as the browsing circuit chosen, specific pages visited, or actions carried out on them. The remarketing lists thus created are stored in a database on Google’s servers, where all the cookie IDs associated with each list or interest category are stored. The information obtained only allows identifying a specific browser, and Google cannot identify the user solely with this information (more information about the Remarketing tool at the following link: https://www.google.es/adwords).

Regarding the company, this information can only be associated with a specific user if that user is identified on the website, for example, by having completed a booking process. In this case, the data thus obtained will be communicated to the company for commercial prospecting purposes and segmenting the web users to design commercial campaigns based on the interests shown during browsing, incorporating the data into a file of the aforementioned entity for the stated purposes. To oppose the processing and communication mentioned above, the user has the option to disable cookies, as indicated below:

The user has the option to not receive cookies or to be informed about their setting by configuring their browser for this purpose. However, if cookies are disabled, it is possible that you may not be able to use all the functionalities of the website. Regarding remarketing cookies, the user can disable Google cookies by visiting the Google’s advertising opt-out page. They can also deactivate DoubleClick cookies by visiting the DoubleClick opt-out page (in English). To disable the use of third-party cookies, users can also visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page (in English). At any time, the user can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition as indicated below.

Only when there is consent to do so, the personal data necessary for communication will be transferred to Paraty Hoteles S.L and will be used to keep you informed, either by email or any other means, of news, products, and services related to the company and Paraty S.L. From this moment, you are informed that, if you have thus expressed your will, your personal data will be incorporated into a personal data file of which the company is responsible, allowing the user to access, cancel, rectify their data, or oppose its processing by means of a written request addressed to the company as indicated below.
